Maria Louzidou
Professor Maria Loizidou

Maria is the Head of the Unit of Environmental Science and Technology in the School of Chemical Engineering in the National Technical University of Athens, Greece. She has a 35-year technical and scientific experience on environmental issues with emphasis on waste, wastewater and water resources management. She has been teaching various Environmental Topics at undergraduate and postgraduate level. She has over 450 publications in Scientific Journals and International Conferences.

Katherine-Joanne Haralambous

Katherine-Joanne is a professor in the General Chemistry Laboratory/ Unit of Environmental Science and Technology in the School of Chemical Engineering of the National Technical University of Athens, Greece. She is an expert in the development of methods and systems for the treatment of industrial wastewater. She has more than 90 publications in Scientific Journals and International conferences and she has also participated in 35 national and international research projects regarding waste and wastewater management.

Despina Bakogianni

Despina is a chemical engineer, holding a master degree in Environment and Development. Currently, she is a PhD candidate in the Unit of Environmental Science and Technology, specializing in wastewater management.

Eva Skourtanioti

Eva is a chemical engineer, holding a master degree in water resources science and technology, specializing in Water Quality and Environmental Technology. Her research interests focus also in industrial waste management.

Ektoras Antonatos

Ektoras is PhD Candidate Engineer of National Technical University of Athens with cognitive subject “Waste Water Treatment’. He has studied Civil Engineer and Environmental Engineering, and holds a Master’s of Science in Hydraulic Engineering.

Argyris Panagopulos

Argyris is Chemical Engineer graduate of the National Technical University of Athens (NTUA) and is PhD candidate at the Unit of Environmental Science and Technology of NTUA.
